Refunds and Replacements
Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty at time of delivery and in the unlikely event we are unable to offer a replacement or allowance.
Cancellations
We would accept a cancellation but any deposits paid would be kept to offset charges made by our suppliers to us to set up the order.
Currency
All products are sold in Pound Sterling.
Exports
We are unable to export but we would arrange shipment of any orders to an agent for onward shipping if required.
V A T
All V A T is charged at the current rate of 20 %

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PAINTED FURNITURE
THE LEAD TIME IS BETWEEN 4 TO 12 WEEKS FROM DATE OF ORDER. ORDERS ON THE INTERNET ARE DELIVERED VIA CARRIERS AND TO KERBSIDE ONLY YOU THEREFORE NEED TO HAVE ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY.ALL FURNITURE IS ASSEMBLED ( UNLESS WE ADVISE YOU OTHERWISE ) AND DELIVERED IN CARDBOARD BOXES ON A PALLETT
DELIVERY CHARGES ARE BASED ON ONE TO FIVE ITEMS £ 50.00 FIVE TO TEN ITEMS £ 80.00.
ORDERS OVER £ 600.00 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% DISCOUNT DETAILS ON REQUEST. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU NEED TO CHECK SIZES TO ENSURE YOUR FURNITURE WILL FIT IN THE HOUSE WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK ITEMS WHICH DO NOT FIT ALSO BE AWARE MANY OF THESE ITEMS ARE VERY HEAVY TO LIFT AND REQUIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HANDLE THEM .

Terms & Conditions Brooklyn Oak Furniture
This furniture will be delivered to your home via a carrier and subject to the value of order may incur a delivery charge.Delivery by carrier is kerbside delivery only and you will need to have help available on the day it is delivered.Please ensure that any furniture you purchase will fit through doorways and into the room as we are unable to take furniture back that is to large or small for your home.
All stated prices are our normal selling prices and will be discounted subject to the value of the order.Delivery charges will depend on the size in volume and value of order.
